CONCORD – A two-year-old law that guarantees municipal and school workers raises even when their contracts expire is just now starting to make itself felt at town and school district meetings.
The New Hampshire School Boards Association is asking voters to support a resolution calling for repeal of the new law, even as officials complain the law makes it difficult to keep voters informed about contract costs.
